Kendall Brooks - President

Mr. Brooks has over 15 years of experience and believes in a hands-on approach to his company. He realizes that, as President of a company, it is imperative to work directly with all aspects of the business. Often times Mr. Brooks provides management/supervision and administrative support for construction projects. He also handles a multitude of titles including Project Superintendent, Project Manager, Safety Officer, and Quality Control System Manager. Mr. Brooks holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Workforce Education and Development and a has a Masters degree in Education/Adult Education and Training. He has been involved with projects which include commercial, industrial, demolition, multi-family housing and federal projects. His training and certifications are as follows: Construction Quality Management for Contractors, USACE • Prime Base Emergency and Engineering Forces Training • Heating Systems Specialists Course • Personnel Specialist Course • Total Quality Management Course • Airman Leadership School • Supervisor Safety Training Course 10 hr OSHA.

 

 

Timothy Gayles - Vice President

Mr. Gayles has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since the company's inception in 2003. Through Mr. Gayles sustained leadership, Total Team has experienced steady, year-over-year growth in both size and revenue. He is a graduate of Hampton University in Virginia where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in marketing. He also holds several construction-related certifications. Mr. Gayles is a member of the Sacramento and Los Angeles Posts of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME).

 

 

 

Todd Dinwiddie - Corporate Officer

Mr. Dinwiddie serves as both a Corporate Officer and Construction Manager with an emphasis on providing management, supervision, quality control management, safety management, and information technology management in a construction environment. He has over 13 years of experience as a Quality Control Manager, Safety Manager, and Project Coordinator in a construction management environment. Mr. Dinwiddie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology and a program certificate from UC Davis for Construction Management. He also holds a current certificate from the US Army Corps of Engineers for "Construction Quality Management for Contractors", 30-hour OSHA Safety Certification, US Navy Safety Course, and as well as Fall Protection Training.

 

 

Bryan Custer - Project Manager

Mr. Custer has over 26 years of experience in the construction industry on a variety of projects where he has utilized his ability to problem-solve, expedite, and think projects through to completion. Bryan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration on Strategic Management. As a Project Manager he has been responsible for the fiscal heath of the project, management and growth of other employees, scheduling, identification and resolution of project issues, maintaining positive owner / contractor relationships, and securing future work through success of the current project. Bryan currently holds a Quality Control Certificate from the Army Corps of Engineers and a 10 hour OSHA certificate.
