The work included the renovation of an open space of approx. 4,000 SF in the lower level of the Outpatient Addition. Work includes excavation for elevator pit, pool base, floor slab, and concrete work, HVAC work, Electrical, installation of steel stud/GWB walls, painting, floor covering, telecommunications The pool and pool equipment, pump, heater, hoist, etc., were to be VA furnished and contractor installed. |

CE Reserve Training Facility, Bldg 881 - $1.46M

Construction of a single story office addition to the Reserve CE General Training Facility on an Airforce Base. Work consisted of miscellaneous site and landscaping modifications, earthwork, building foundation, exterior building enclosures, interior improvements, finishes, cabinetry, restrooms, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work. Also included in the work were interior modifications to the existing portion of bldg 881, such as door relocations, selective demolition of interior non-load bearing partitions, construction of new partitions and doors and incidental related work. |

Mental Health Center of Excellence Phase 1
Demo & Abatement - $1.24M
Department of Veterans Affairs
This project was phase 1 of a 2 phase project. The scope of work included demolition and abatement of the existing mental health facility. Testing for lead exposure and asbestos was performed as well as a site assessment for protection measures and a safety plan was developed. All utilities were disconnected and fire sprinkler systems were isolated and drained. Careful demolition of lead paint areas were performed in the attic, second floor, and basement. New windows were installed and primed. The elevator and stairs were removed and the exterior of the building required gutter repair before we primed and painted the exterior. Strict adherence to safety measures were followed during the entire demolition project and this phase was completed on schedule, without injury. |

Landscape and Sidewalk Renovation - $166,000
Department of Veterans Affairs
Project consisted of demolishing and removing existing plants, flower beds, drip loop, trees & grass, grading the site for proper drainage, and trenching for water lines, curb footage and
drain system. In addition the sidewalks were sawcut to allow for a 2 1/2 in drain pipe and penetrate storm drain wall. New flower beds and plants were installed as well as conduit for water flow to drip loop system, drainage system, cement pad, 2” galvanized fencing, patio furniture, & locked bicycle storage unit. We patched, primed and painted existing flag pole and base and refurbished several areas including existing planter boxes, walkways, lawn and flower beds. |
